COVID-19 Face-to-Face Workshop Protocol
For the safety of those attending our workshop, we have set some measures in place, hoping they create a level of comfort for you as a participant.
1. The facilitator will remain in a designated, marked area maintaining the required physical distance of 2 metres from the participants.
2. If requested, the facilitator will wear a face shield.
3. Disposable face masks and hand sanitizer will be provided for your use in the workshop.
4. Physical distancing will be required at all times.
5. Small groups or cohorts can be maintained as they are in the workplace during the workshops. Please supply a list of names for each cohort prior to the date.
6. All reusable materials will be sanitized before the workshops i.e. markers, whiteboards etc.
7. All materials, such as binders and paper inserts, will be printed and stored for a minimum of 14 days prior to the workshop to ensure minimum handling.
8. You will receive a materials list to bring for your own personal use prior to the workshop.
